Hi
I have an electrical question that I am hoping someone can help me with.
I own a 2000 Grady Sailfish 274. I went to replace the original horn on the boat which is made by AFI I thought replacing the exact same horn would be the easiest fix. The horn is hard wired so all you have to do is wire it into the same terminal as the old one. The problem is I can't find the terminal. I removed a panel in the head but that only got me to the switch panel. The owners manual shows a terminal that all the electrical in the bow of the boat is wire to lights wipers horn etc. Does anyone know where the panel is located and how to access it ?
While I am here I also want to know if anyone has this model. It is powered by a Volvo KAD44 Diesel. I am having a problem getting the rated RPM's at wide open throttle (3900) I am only getting 3600. I have been on boat diesel.com and it seems to be common problem but no east solution.
Thanks
