As CAP mentioned, I think he means the hinges on the electronics box door. Those are Southco.
The various models have detents at different angles which hold the door open in that position. For helm mounted boxes, you want a larger open angle The C9 has four models, no detent, 80 degrees, 115 degrees and 150 degrees. All can be opened 180 degrees. For overhead boxes, often you want a hinge that holds at about 90 degrees.
