My dealer says Grady doesn't sell replacements for my particular engine flush adapter anymore, and they referred me to freshwatersystems.com. Freshwatersystems.com told me the part is out of stock and they no longer plan to stock it. Their part number is "HFCD261257GHT Valved Female Thread Coupling Insert 3/4 FGHT". This is for a 2024 Grady White Freedom 275. Any ideas where I might buy one? Any comments on how hard or easy it would be to replace the female receptacles mounted on the inside of the transom so I can install a complete replacement?

Check out US Plastic

Also, you may find what you need in the outdoor garden dept at your local HD or Lowe’s
Coastbuster, Thanks for the source. Do you know if the US Plastic adapter is identical and keeps the water pressure into motors reasonably low?

No, I searched, “Valved Female Thread Coupling Insert 3/4 FGHT" since you checked freshwater systems part # and they’re out of stock.

Davis, that part is a "valved", not a pressure reducing valve. Valved means "one way".

There's no reason to limit garden hose pressure.

That product is made by Colder Products, not Fresh Water - they are just a retailer. Use the Colder ID # and you will be able to find it for sale at many places.

Keep in mind that you're only looking for a garden hose fitting, ideally valved. Although there are other ways to easily accoplish the "intent" of the valve. As noted above, it's very reasonable to think you can get the parts you need at HD... or really, anywhere. Remember, it's just a garden hose fitting.

Send me your address, I bought a bag of them awhile ago, give me it to find where I hide it in bottom of dock box
