I am replacing a 2002 Yamaha F225TURA ser#69JU150663 with 30 inch shaft and I cant seem to find an accurate weight for this engine. The new engine ( 2020 Merc 300hp V8 30inch shaft ) has the weight listed on the id sticker. It is 620lbs. On the Yamaha, I have been told anywhere from 527 to 629lbs. Does anyone have access to a correct weight for the Yamaha? My boat is a 2002 Voyager 248.
