Boat US has been working on this for quite some time and has been urging members to contact their congressional representatives to support the clean boating act. I suggest everyone do it.

yes do!! worry the heck out of them about it!! this bill means NO OVERBOARD DISCHARGE with out some permit. no chumming, no fish guts overboard, no water out the scuppers, no washdown, ect.
