New to me 2013 Grady Fisherman 209 CC does anyone use beanbags ? My current bean bag is a E Searider medium teardrop that we used on the previous boat and is to large . I was thinking on removing bow Igoloo cooler seating and replacing it with E Searider Wedge bag . any opinions
Thanks

Really comes down to what you use and if you need more seating. Is it a one time decision? If it can be reversed easy, then try it out.

Depends on how you use the boat. I assume you mean he cooler in front of the console. A cooler is so much more functional on a small CC. You can put your drinks in it, use it as a fish box or just for general storage. If you fish the boat the cooler has a flat top which can be used as a work station or cutting board. for someone fishing in the bow who wants to sit down while fishing the cooler is a better option. I have a couple bean bags, they only get used for chillin at the sandbar or local islands. Otherwise they are just in the way and take up space. Bean bags work well on big cc's that have long runs to the fishing grounds and limited seating.

On my 208 I have 2 (yes two) Ocean Tamer bags for cruising and sanbar days. Supremely comfortable versus the stern or side jump seats.

I use a West Marine beanbag on my 228 and on my friends 271 when we do long tuna runs. Super pleasant. Especially if you find one that will fit in your head, store it there and have a clean deck.
