Extra rod holders on a 257 fisherman

Hello everyone. i wanted to know if anyone has put extra rod holders towards the front gunnel sides of a 257 fisherman with the water drain lines?
i want to use the GEMLUX that uses a big nut on the bottom. No screws.
any help appreciate it
