Faded Trim Switch Covers

The Two trim switches on my Yamaha Command Link throttle assembly are faded from the sun. Has anyone found replacements? I've only been able to locate the entire cover/switch/cable assembly. Putting the boat away and looking to address some of the pet peeves that bothered me during the season.

Try something like Armour All from an auto parts store. It won't last forever but it might be good enough to allow you to rest during winter layup

I'm not familiar with them, but if they're plastic you can paint them with something like Krylon Fusion paint for plastic. I've used that in the past and was pleasantly surprised with it.

I never tried this but i saw a video of a Greek motorcycle mechanic when he was restoring those black covered mirror housings he was using a heat gun and the results were amazing.

Thanks everyone. I guess the black pieces are part of the switch assembly and not covers with switches underneath.
Maybe the heat gun will work....
