I saw some on TV the other day that looked like they slipped into a rod holder. Looked convenient. Looked like these:http://www.westmarine.com/fillet-bait-tables

I use the big MAGMA with the adjustable rod holder mount. It lives in my port side aft rod holder unless I'm trolling.

It's very easy to clean up.
