Well the move has begun. It required relocating starboard battery to port, moving trim tab pump and fuel filter. Have everything out but now have to shorten and redirect the fuel hoses. They are 15 years old with no sign of deterioration. Should they be replaced? The outboard line has a primer bulb accessible in the port hatch which I have never had to use, Is it necessary to replace the bulb? May have to add some hose to one of the trim tabs. Is it possible to splice (add on) or do I have to run a completely new line? Appreciate any thoughts on this with thanks!

I suppose that if they are 15 years old, it makes sense to replace. The primer bulb may be OK but if it is hard to squeeze, it may be time for a new one.
If the run is short, I would just go for the new line as long as I was sure I can get the old one off

Agree,,,, ethanol can be eating the hose from inside out, it won't show on the outside. Fresh hoses are a peace of mind thing for me, eliminating any future problems down the road.
Thanks guys, yes tank to filter and filter to engine. Does not have ethanol where I get fuel. Have cut open an end of the fuel hose and see no deterioration........... but yes as long as I am there. Did not have to add to the trim tab pump hose, so moved it with enough hose. Still to move wash down pump and extend cables from ACR to new battery location. All doable but finding this "butt higher than the head" work, a bit tough on this ageing bod.

No joke that’s what I found when I pulled the hatch on my new to me Grady years back.
oh ya, “2” quality clamps set opposed to the other on each connection.
Dennis you certainly have been hosed. Fortunately mine are like the day they were installed, absolutely pristine, as there is very little to no ethanol in the fuel I get.......assuming that is the reason for the degrading of the hoses. I am moving the the fuel filter from the stern port side to some space in the fresh water hatch which I have hinged and with a slam latch.
