jshallen, the hull might be the same but you could call Grady and ask. Also you can see dimensions for both on their website. Is you boat in Fl?
I am in Carolina Beach NC. I dont mind if its a little loose...I just want to protect the vinyl along the rails

It is the same hull. It likely would be a loose fit due to the hardtop size difference (area of fiberglass and height difference). You might be able to work with seller to find out the manufacturer and see if they offer one for the 306. If so, they may be able to help you with fabric measurements.
