freshwater cockpit shower

I have a 2006 Sailfish 282 and the cockpit shower head is jammed and leaks. I need to replace it. Anyone know the make/part for a replacement? Is it just the head or the hose as well? Any help is appreciated!

I'm not familiar with the 282, but my 228 uses a Scandvik shower hose and head. I am pretty sure you can buy just the head.

similar but not the same. I will take a photo today and try and find one...

If it is just sticking, you can easily take it apart and clean and lube the o-rings with some teflon, or similar grease, and then stretch the spring a bit and reassemble. Should buy you some time anyway.
