After a five day excursion on my 330 Express to Annapolis and using the dock water supply at the marina, my freshwater system now reeks when its used! The pre pump filter was black with gunk, cleaned it four times till clean. Planning on bleaching the tank and flushing the system. Any suggestions appreciated!

Fill tank, add one cup of bleach; let sit for an hour and then pump it out (be sure to pump it through every line in the boat).
Fill again and pump out through every line in the boat. Repeat this again.
Fill tank, add one gallon of white vinegar. let sit all day or overnight. Repeat pump out process. Do this two times.

If you are near a camping/RV shop, you can get many products that will work for your situation. In general RV supplies are less expensive than a marine store. Amazon is also a source.

When you shock the tank you will knock the snot off the tank and hoses. Drive the boat around and shake things up! As above get all the paths covered including hot water tank.
Pull the aerators off the faucets and remove filters if you can for final flush. I would also blow out the lines with low pressure air like you are winterizing. Important to get all the nasty stuff out.

I’ve had the same issue on my express. Keeping up with tank treatments regularly is best. Warning, too much bleach will wreck the rubber washers and degrade the water line connector seals.
Use a marine/RV tank cleaner (west Marine water tank flush) at the beginning of the season and follow up by adding a water treatment and conditioner (west marine has it) for RV/Marine tanks at every fill up.
Drain or use the water regularly (rinse the fishing rods on the way in) so you have to fill at least every 2 weeks in the summer to prevent smells. Add a capful of the water conditioner when you fill it up.
Also, I use an inline filter cartridge between the hose and tank to keep the Inevitable hose crap and bacteria out of the tank when filling it up.
I’ve followed this method for the last 8 years. Never had a smell or gunk build up since.
