Anyone know what size the o-ring is for the fuel fill?

Thanks

I think it may be a special size. A -223 is a little big and a -222 is tight. I put the -223 on and it is loose but works. When I get around to it, I'll try the -222.

I was just thinking of replacing mine as well. Where is the best place to get them, West Marine, Boaters World or go to a Grady dealer.

You should be able to buy them from an industrial distributor. Look in the yellow pages under "Rubber Products".

They should fit a bit snug. A tiny bit of grease on them will not hurt and probably prolong their life.
