Fuel Flow Meter / Management Meter Issues

My digital yamaha guages for the fuel flow meter and the fuel management meter have stopped flowing numbers for my F250. Before completely stopping, they would intermittently operate and prior to that they were fine. Could some of you fine folks recommend where I should be looking to get these numbers flowing again?

See this link and I think there is another one as well. My problem was a bad ECU, at least that what I was told. They also replaced a gauge and a harness (didn't help).
