fuel tank sending unit

I am going to replace my sending unit and I was looking for opinions on Moeller units which are locally available, or any recomendations.

Many people here, myself included use these http://www.wemausa.com/index.htm Search the forum there's lots of info here already. These units even feel like a quality item compared to oem. Good luck with your project.

That seems like the way to go. I ordered just the insert, from the original manufacturer (Royce Industries). The price for the 25", standard main tank sending unit (again:insert only) was $48.50. They promised it would go out within a day, UPS ground. After I didn't receive it one week later, I called back. The guy on the phone put me on hold to talk to the "manufacturing guy." He then informed me that it could be ready that day. This was yesterday, so we'll see. If I had it to do over again, I'd buy the whole unit at a chaper price from the above website. Live and learn...

Wema it is. Tell them you were offered a 30% plus discount at the Dania Marine Flea Market and they'll really work with you. They had 2 factory reps and a booth there.
