Furuno 1650wf ??

I am being offered a Furuno 1650wf .. anyone happ with this unit ?
Most of the comments say it is way slow on the redraw..Is there a firmware fix or just slow processor ??

It's old technology so you'd have to live with it. The ones I've seen have been real dogs.
