Where is the location of the fuse box for a2005 228 seafarer?

In cabin? Port or starboard?

Think about where it might be the least accessible, the hardest to see, and in the most difficult place to change a fuse in a choppy sea, and look there. On my 2000, it is up under the dash attached to the cabin bulkhead.

That is an improvement over 2000, mine is higher up behind the helm. Before anyone freaks out, the blue painters tape is only holding the extra small wires away from the connection. I put a new fuse box in the upper electronics box, and moved some of the connections to where they were at eye level.
Will move most at some point. By the way, what is that vinyl drain line for, right up at the top next to the passage way to the cabin?

In my boat the drain line connects to the dash electronics box. If it get wet, the water drains down (in mine) to the deck

If you are talking about the clear tube next to the black tubes, it's the return line for the auto pilot. It is clear plastic tube as it is not pressurised. You can see if the system has air bubbles in it.

No auto pilot. It is just a cut off hose, sticking out horizontally, perfectly positioned to drip onto the ignition and the cigarette lighter. I'll try to trace it next week.
