Next to the fuel pick up there's a hex bolt that threads into the tank. Is that also a fuel pick up? I'm trying to siphon from bottom of the tank. My boat sat 6 years so I want to get the gas out
It's just a plug in a female socket. It's "extra". Remove the AS valve from the pickup... remove the pickup completely... remove the sender. Any of those would work.
