Gas tanks 22-8 Seafarer (cleanout?)

While on the main tank my rpms are 5500, when i switch to the aux tank the rmps will drop to 51-5200. Single micron filter whch has been changed. I have the deck off, is there a filter or cleanout of some sort in the tanks? Any help would be appreciated.

I had a dual tank boat once and had a similar issue with rpms. Found it to be a fuel line trying to collapse from being pinched in a sharp bend.

also check the squeeze ball and the anti-siphon valve which may be stuck
