The other day I made a comment on a GW Facebook post and ended up getting a response from their merchandise department. In the FB video they talked about their merchandise website, to which I suggested that they put a little more effort into because their offerings on the website are a bit tired and limited. If you have been to the GW merchandise page, you know they don't have a lot of stuff. I got a PM right away and the person even gave me their personal GW work email. Sounds like they are genuinely interested in ideas and asked me for more feedback.

So, what kind of items would you like to see in the GW merchandise website? If you haven't been to the site, the link is below.

Outboard covers that have the Grady logo instead of the makers name, for Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki and Honda.
Gauge covers with the Grady logo.
Good quality boat shoes with the Grady logo.
Good quality bucket with rope handle with Grady logo. (nothing from China)

-photos of apparel from the front and back, ideally on people.
-some more modern patterns like this from Avail -> Modern Color Pattern from Avail Gear. Grady's Barbados Long Sleeve is about as close as they get to more moddern patterns. Seatec Outfitters also has some nice color selections (and some that are a bit too colorful for me, haha)
-board shorts

generally their selection is a bit "formal" or "old school yacht clubby". maybe thats the brand image they want. that being said, overall they could update selections for younger families.

More than just two styles of baseball caps/hats, and more colors overall than just the four that they offer, which are only white, pink, grey/black and white/black. A straw hat option would be nice, as would a beanie, more t-shirt and long sleeve shirt options/colors, shorts and/or swim shorts/swimwear, maybe a hoodie sweatshirt or other sweatshirt options besides the one that they have which is $65 for a very cheap Champion brand. As mentioned above, boat shoes wouldn't be a bad idea, or maybe even some nice sandals or flip flops. More inclement weather items for those that fish in all weather conditions/extremes. Other things like accessories that could be nice would be sunglasses, phone cases, maybe a Grady White cooler or something similar, key rings or Grady White floaties for your boat keys would be a very inexpensive item and I'm sure just about every GW owner would buy 4-5 of them.

Go all out. I’d offer to take a new 265 Freedom to demo for them and write a review. I’ll even wear a Grady T shirt and cap while floating around Block this summer showing the capabilities. I think that’s a fair trade off.
