Grady White 306 Canyon

I'm shopping around for a new twin motor center console in the 29 to 32 foot range. The 2017 306 Canyon with dual Yamaha 300's is on top of my list.
Will this boat plane on one motor ?

I have a 2000 306, which was repowered with twin 4.2L F250's. I can plane on one engine while dragging the other in the water...and do close to 18kts, with 150 gallons of fuel on board. You'll have no problem with 300's, not to mention dragging one engine is not the preferred method for limping home.
