This is one reason why I am a loyal GW customer...

Last June I purchased a 2006 Sailfish 282 in a private sale from a good friend. Just prior to selling it, he told me that he had a couple of cracks in the headliner that GW was fixing under warranty, so we waited a few weeks before closing. I love the boat and had a great, although short first summer.

This spring, I went to do some cleaning after removing the shrink wrap and noticed 2 large cracks in the cabin headliner. These were new as they were rather obvious, however the boat was now out of warranty.

The next day (monday) I called my local dealer (Bayside Marine) who had not participated in my purchase and who had not been involved in any way at this point. They asked me to send a couple of pix, which I did that afternoon. Next day, I get an email from Bayside asking for ANY 4 day window from May-October that I could be without the boat as GW was going to send a team up to Mass to fix it on them.

I got my boat back last Friday, looks fantastic. Incredible service from this company, no questions asked. They just stand by their product.

This is how you build a lasting brand...

Not because i am a Grady owner, but their service(Grady) is second to none, period. I am glad it worked out for you and i bet you they just got another loyal customer for a veeeeeery long time.

This is why I continue to buy Grady White boats, 4 of them, new and pre-pwned, for the last 22 years. And I will buy Grady again.

As soon as you find that Marlin you've been looking for..... :-)

(sigh... ) you had to go and say it, didn't ya  ... lol

Yep, Brian, that'll be my next one; can't stop thinking about it :<><

Agree. Can't say enough good things about Grady CS and Bayside in Duxbury. Both get it with regards to the total customer experience. I would like to see a bigger walkaround still with a starboard helm. Maybe after the dual console line is built out GW will make it.
