When I power up the panel all 3 lights empty, 1/2 and 3/4 full lights illuminate and the alarm sounds. I do not see a reset/silence button and I know that the tank is near empty, also I have been noticing a couple of gallon water accumulation in both the forward and aft bilges every time I go out on the boat. Is this normal? Any help woukld be greatly appreciated.
