Tried to figure out a solution for extra rod storage for awhile. The GW oem rod storage that mounts on the port side cuddy was an option, but a little cost prohibitive.
The under side of the fold down bed is a good location for our needs. The mounts we used are these: http://www.westmarine.com/buy/taco-mari ... 70_002_515, but I'm sure you could use other brands. I cut the starboard material with a circular saw to fit our application.
If you space them properly you can still fold down the bed out of the way when rods are taken out. Picture shows 10'6 salmon rods, but would work with other types I'm sure
