Just purchased a 2008 Gulfstream and didn't have time to look at the stove unit. Is this butane and does it take just a standard refill or does it need to be Grady White?

Thanks Seasick, As memory serves that is the stove. Not propane for sure. Doubt if I'll ever use it but who knows.

It is a butane for sure. It was standard on the boat.

Thanks Fishtales. I will be down at the boat on Monday to look again but I'm sure you are right. Getting it painted so in the water getting a waterline now.

NP. Should have a can inside like this below. They either put a butane or an electric stove (usually standard) to get the tax deduction as a 2nd home (at least in the past).

Checked online at my local Wal-Mart. They showed two types. One was $27 and one had $342 shipping! no lie. Your right, Fishtales, I'm 50/50 on leaving it on the boat. I just don't like the clutter or the extra weight. It has the 24" shaft so not made for john boats so I suspect I'll have a tough time selling it. More of a sailboat motor.
