Has any one installed a ski pylon on their Seafarer 228? I have a bimini enclosure no hard top. I’m in the process of mounting a 9.9 kicker on my swim platform so I can’t use the 2 transom eye hooks to tow.
Thanks

Highly recommend the turbo swing option. Have installed on two Gradys I’ve owned and feels like a single ski pylon even when slalom skiing. Best part is no major fiberglass or custom work, protects against docking damage/bad other boat operators, and great option to hold when swimming around boat.

Another vote for the Turbo Swing. It simply bolts on by removing the nuts on the engine mount studs and then putting the nuts back on.

That looks slick and the easy install makes it the ticket.

Since your kicker is about 8” inwards of the main engine mount, I think it may still work. The TurboSwing doesn’t get wide for a bit and also installs upwards. Few more pics included here to show you.

Thanks.. I looked at that option but since I have a kicker motor on my swim platform I don’t think that’s going to work.
Don't "think". Figure it out. Maybe TS can send you a template/specs that you can transfer to a piece of cardboard. Or, talk directly to them - if you can provide accurate dimensions of what you have, possibly then can tell you if it will work.

I’m going to give them a call from the photos that SeanAh192 posted I think it might work. Thanks

Can you tow a dinghy with Turbo Swing?
