hello all. been absent a while for various reasons. looking to potentially downsize to the freedom 307 (2021) from 330 (2009).

hearing and seeing "things' and i would like some feedback from late model year GW owners. my build had a number of issues (minor but shouldn't have happened) during the financial crisis so a little gun shy. prices gone way up and i'm hoping quality has not suffered. obviously concerned that durability has given way to marketing "flash".

any other comments on the 307 would also be appreciated.

thx again, ron

The 2016 and forward 307 has composite stringers, transom, and hardtop coring which is far better than the older ones. I have a 2016 275 and I feel that it is better finished than my older 2007 232 and 2005 Marlin 300 I owned. Better wiring layout and better fiberglass coverage on wood below decks etc.. I wouldnt hesitate to make the jump. 307 is Marlin hull and My Marlin served me VERY well and rode excellent.
