Kevin,
On the outside of the window frame at the bottom is a long rigid plastic or rubber strip than runs the span of the window frame. Pry that out with a thin flathead screwdriver. That will expose the inner frame. There are several screws along the length of the window frame that attach the window frame to the fiberglass. Tighten those. However, don't be surprised if the screws have snapped. If so, just get some extra stainless screws and drill new holes through the frame and reattach. Thats what I did with my windshield on my 192 tournament. Take it apart and you will understand the fix. Use 3m 4200 on the screws before you install them. Good luck, and don't be afraid to tackle the project!
