I have 2002 273 Chase and decided to redo my helm this weekend. The bushing for the wheel had too much play and I just wanted to do the update. I used the fellas from Boatsteer.com. They sent a rebuilt unit and a new tilt mechanism...it was fairly painless and I am very glad I did it as the tilt mechanism was pretty corroded as well. That ujoint is a wear item as well....I did have to cut a little as the mounting holes were off by 1/2 of the diameter of the hole.
