The seat swivel on my helm seat is worn out. The plastic bushings that run fore and aft have disenegrated. Are recommendations on where to go for a new swivel and slide?

Do you mean the "slider" function of going forward and back or the busing on the post that allows it to rotate 180 (or more) degrees?

Either way, call your local grady dealer. I did research on this forum and online for awhile to find the "slider bushings" for my 1997 voyager...which were shot...cracking and letting the seat wobble. Its a common problem on 10 year old boats or more.

My local dealer (jacobsens) just ordered them for me - $11/per seat for the pair....

I have the deluxe helm chairs on mine...

Grady Customer Service will tell you who the vendor is. The vendor may or may not sell to the public, in general, but for sure they will not sell to you if they know it's for a Grady. Some, like Todd, have slider parts for retail sale on their web site. Others may, also ...
