Helm seats - Plastic Guides

I have a 1997 Adventure 208 with helm seats that swivel and move back and forth. I need to repalce the plastic guides that allow the seat to smoothly move forward and back. Does anyone have a source for these guides and is it a DIY project? Thanks much, BrightStar from not so sunny Boston.

My Grady dealer carried them in stock, or they can be ordered from SIM. They are easy to install and should take about 1/2 hour to do.
