help with rear-facing jump seats

I previously posted this question under the "tips/modification" heading, then realized this Gulfstream group might be a better place.
Any recommendations for rear-facing, fold-down, swivel seats to mount on the lids of the port live well and starboard fish box behind the captain's and mate's helm chairs on the 232? Would want the seats to be removable without too much difficulty, to have the option to use the boxes. Looking for sturdy, high quality. Thanks

Looks similar to a flats type boat seat

Look at this link for ideas and info and make note that there is a swivel mount with quick release. I don't know if it will fit your locker lids.
