High pressure fuel joint leak

i Have 2004 F225 Yamahas on a 30 marlin. Both engines fired right up after the winter but I have a fuel leak on the starboard motor. It’s on top of the motor in one of the lines that is in the plastic trays. It’s right at the metal fuel joint. It happens to be on the line that is on the bottom. Does anyone have experience replacing the line or the joint itself? Can I do it in the water? Do I need a special tool for those clamps? Any help is appreciated.

Had a similar leak on one of our engines. I did not attempt the repair myself but the marina technician repaired it in about 15 minutes while the boat was in the water.

If they fit in the tray, Fuel injection screw clamps can be used, They must be the fuel injection type and not just regular screw band clamps. Secondly, depending on the actual operating fuel pressure, you may need to use fuel injection hose, It will say that on the hose.
