Made this out of Starboard.

Used Magma flush mounts so it's removable.

Thanks. I picked up a 27'x14" sheet at West Marine - something like $80 - kind of expensive as is most stuff there. But when I went there for another reason and saw this piece it had cutting board written all over it.

Some guys here have gone back and forth about Starboard color but West Marine calls it Seafoam and it matches the gelcoat nicely.

My 2001 Marlin still has the fixed bench seat in the back. I had this bait board custom cut from 1/4" Starboard so that it's thin enough to still fit under the cushion when it's snapped into place....... I cut the 1" hole in the corner as a thumb hole for holding on to it when cleaning it over the side....... Use the cushion as your template.

It also serves well as a cleaning table back at the dock if need be..... Even enough room for two guys!
