How do I add photos to the Gallery ?

I'm trying to figure out how to upload photos into the Gallery.
but the upload link in the Gallery takes me somewhere else ?

How is this done ?

I think there is no solution to upload the photos into the forum gallery but you can upload only one photo in the "edit avatar".
