How much is a 79 Gulfstream worth??

Hello Guys,
I need help trying to figure out how much a 79 205 Gulfstream with a 470 is worth.
So far this is what it has;
New starter 2 yrs ago
Atl. Conver. Kit 2 yrs ago
Pump replaced last yr.
4" heat exchanger
New batterries
Rebuilt Carb this yr.
New shift cables
New rubber on outdrive
New bilge pump
New bilge blower motor
New Marine CB radio
And it sits on a two axle trailer with new rollers and brakes

The Bad;
A few spots that the Gel coat came off at, the bimini top needs replacing, some cracking on the teak wood, prop has a kink.

Thanks.. Thats kinda what I was thinking :hmm ... I think I'll post it on here for sale and see what happens.
