I have a 1989 Overnighter 206G in great condition; however I need to replace the plastic through hull drains on the sides.

HOW in the world do you access them????

Anyone done this? Do you have advice and pictures?

When I called Grady here in town the dealer said I may have to cut access holes...but where??? :bang

I have the exact boat. I had to replace mine first thing when I bought it.

You can access the port side through the tackle locker. You have to remove the drawers and the box they slide into. There's a few screws holding the box in. With it out you can access the through hull. The starboard side is more difficult. I have a small access plate on the inside gunwale. It's been a while....
I used all stainless through hulls. If I had to do it again I'd use bronze for the ones under the water line.
