I used a 3m eraser wheel and it worked great . I had tried everything else, but I’m impatient and couldn’t do peeling 1/4 inch pieces off. I thought the eraser wheel was much faster . I did both sides in about 2 hours . Cleaned it with acetone, then compounded it .

I would try a power washer. I'm always blowing my decals off when power washing the boat. Even when trying to stay away from them.
