I towed my jet ski from Poquoson Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina early this morning. I Dropped at a ramp in Wanchese and was through Oregon Inlet by 0730.
Ended up running 18 miles North and fishing 3 miles offshore of the Wright Memorial.
Had great sea conditions with light SW winds. Water temp right at 42 degrees.
Caught 6 nice Stripped Bass from 32-42 inches. I kept the first and last fish that I caught. Everything was caught on a green Stretch 30. I was also trolling a tandem Mojo rig.
I took my time getting to the ramp and snapped a couple of pictures on the way back in.
Made it home to Virginia by 1500 hrs.
