Id these outrigger posts?

I saw the recent hardtop outrigger post(s), and have a related question. Purchased a '92 Marlin last year, and have these post tubes and frame tube cutouts, but no outriggers. Anyone have these? I'd like to add outriggers, but cant see how to do this without taking apart the port and starboard rear frame tubes. Please take a look at the attached pix. Any help? Thanks.
