I'm just going to throw this out there but I found this woman who works out of her home (Greenwich, Stamford, CT area) and she does upholstery.
She has done a bunch of intricate cushions for my home windows and she does boat as well. Uses top notch materials and she has the proper equipment as well.
She is perfectionist and I don't know if she would do cushions for a boat unless she can see it. Not sure.
Her pricing is good and she is timely as well.
