I was on that boat 2 weeks ago. It was very nice.
Since then, Comstock Marina’s website says sale pending.
I would call Comstock and ask for John, who showed me the boat, and ask him for details on pending or not.

Forgive me for making assumptions that may be misguided but I am often leery of these kinds of posts when they are the members first one. Secondly, you didn't specify any requirements about year, motors, where the boat is, condition etc.
It is quite easy to look online for Expresses to get an idea of what is out there and for what asking price. Members looking at a purchase like that usually ask the forum what to look for or what to look out for.
Finally, it seems that your main point is that you have $120k in cash sitting around I probably wouldn't advertise that on a public forum.
As I said, I may be paranoid but in todays world, I suppose you have to be.
