im looking at buying a 1994 sportbridge 25'. it has twin 200 ymahas , what kind of speed should i expect and how much fuel will it burn at cruise speed? thank you russell
I looked at them closely a while back. If I recall with outboard bracket and that engine setup you should reach at least 35 knots with clean bottom. I would guess you could cruise at 25-27 knots getting about 1.1-1.2 nmpg. If you reach out to Grady, they may still have performance reports they can send you.
That's the first year for the eurotransom? Top end should be 45+ MPH, assuming carb motors 1 MPG for rough seas to 1.2-4 moderate seas and close to 2 on glass. At a slow troll you're still sucking down 3 GPH each motor.
