I am new to the forum and to the world of Grady-White. I just purchased a Freedom 255 that will call the Long Point area of Lake Erie home. It has the single 350 on it and since I like to chase walleye and other fish out deep I thought I should get a 9.9 kicker for trolling to keep the hours off the 350 and just in case I need to limp to shore. The Freedom 255 is not designed for that and it will require some creativity to get it attached and looking good. So I have a question -- has anyone else with a Freedom 255 attached a kicker? Do you really need one?
