I have a 1995 Chase 26. The anchor motor is no longer working and it's pretty shot to the point it can't be rebuilt. It has the LeMac 65179-053 which has disappeared from this earth. Can anyone suggest a good replacement that would fit right into the same spot? with the same wiring?

No, but it won't be hard to adapt a different one. A cover plate can be made to cover the old hole and screw holes (using starboard, for example) then cut the new chute and through-bolt through both the starboard and deck. Wiring is wiring is wiring so that's even easier.
