Does anyone know where I can buy replacement locking hinges? Boat is a 1990 trophy pro (same hinges as the sailfish used too I think)

Very, very common part. If your Grady dealer can't get it for you, pretty much ANY marine store can. Attwood, Perko, Sea Dog are just a few of the manufacturers that make them. Search for "hasp". Get a SS one. Although, you may be able to clean that one up quite well with some metal polishing compound and, if needed, brass/bronze wool.

All the difference having the right search term! "Hasp." Thanks, I found a ton of them from that, ebay, amazon etc.

While I could clean that one up, the swivel part has seized in a few of them and broke off on two others.

Good call on the right metal too, some are 5 bucks and they look great until you read "Zink coated"....

Yup - they ALL look pretty online. And some people will think that the more expensive ones are simply being overpriced by the vendor...
