i saw one somewhere that looks like the one i need but can't remember where i saw it

You can make make an template from the other window and bring it to a glass company -
It's not cheap but they can easily replicate. some peoplle have cut there own from plexiglss. Hope you have the bracket because that is the tough part to find

Sorry, Just saw you were looking for a latch for the vent window. This is what i used on Sailfish -

Seadog Side Vent Adjuster Kit - they are readily available. I think i got mine on Amazon
