I'm starting to look into upgrading my OEM trim tab switch to one with indicator lights. Has anyone done this? I've got a list of parts numbers from Bennett and they swear it's easy. Just looking for some lessons from those with real word experience. The one option they asked about if I wanted to replace the upper hinge or the entire actuator. Of course just the hinge is cheaper.

Thanks!
Travis

As long as you have classic actuators (not the sports model) installation is straightforward if you are mechanically inclined.
Read the instruction to see if you feel comfortable with the process and that all the prerequisits are met.
