Lower Chesapeake bay VA. fishing

Going to Cherrystone camp ground in VA. July 24-29. Will be bringing a 16 ft. CC . Just wondering if anyone could give any info. where and what to fish for this time of year with size boat.Any help would be greatly appreciated. First time staying in this area. If there's any Great Grady members in the area that could use 2 extra fisherman let me know.Also anyone recomend any head boats in the area.

You can launch at Kiptopeake and head to the 3rd and 4th islands of the CBBT and hunt for flounder, croaker, black drum, spades or togs. If the bay is doing under 15 mph winds and 2 foot waves you will be fine. Chris' bait shop on 13 will have a board that lists the best fishing options.
